Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery: Instock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post for small items, or via Courier for Large items. Please note as large items are shipped via courier, we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. When an order is placed containing items that are not instock with a lead time of over 1 week, we will contact the customer to confirm the order.
Returns & Refunds: The Liberator accepts returns on faulty or damaged goods within 7 days. Customer must contact us prior to returning the goods to arrange return and refund. Goods must be returned in original packaging in as new condition.
